This Is what we do; we do proper research to get a good location where we buy large quantity of lands usually over 200 plots from the individuals, families and community that own it, before which our engineers and surveyors have checked to make sure the land is not swampy and is in good shape afterwards the engineers map out the plots on paper and carve out residential areas from commercial areas with well structured access road and drainage system. We develop the location into an estate by fencing it round and building security house at the entrance gate which will be occupied by corporate security guards that will be employed to patrol round the estate with security dogs and modern security tools. They will be monitoring entry and exit movement in the estate with CCTV camera and mounting checkpoints at the entrance. with all these planned down, we begin selling of plots to the public with payment packages ranging from outright to installment packages of as low as 50,000 naira monthly payment for up to 18months duration depending on which of our estates the buyer desires. Every buyer that buys land from any of our estates will be given free survey plan, free deed of conveyance; you will not be paying for matching ground, no payment for bush entry or any other form of local governmental fee. We have completely settled the community and government. Just buy and start building. Once you make your first installment payment, you are allowed to start building and using the land while still paying. All our customers are even entitled to a refund if they decide to back out from their payment due to unforeseen financial difficulties or any other circumstance from their part. After complete sales and development we manage and maintain all amenities as well as provide services in the estate to ensure an everlasting comfortable environment.
